Greetings From London!
We traveled by van. We traveled by plane. We traveled by train. We traveled by foot. We made it! We all arrived safely in London, a little tired but excited to begin our first day’s adventure.

After arriving at our apartments we were faced with our first big challenge…the sorting of the keys. Although we were all standing in the rain and some of us were hungry and had to use the bathroom, Dr. Firenze and Dr. Saraceno took some time to get it right! There was an A group, a B group, a C group and another C group.
Dr. Firenze and Dr. Saraceno continued their very thoughtful and thorough examination and, although this was certainly enough activity for one day, we decided to soldier on and see some sites. We walked through the city of London on our way to visit Shakespeare’s Globe.
We received an excellent private tour of the Globe Theater. We could not take pictures inside because the actors were rehearsing for The Merchant of Venice. We are looking forward to seeing a play at the Globe on Friday night.

After our tour of the globe we headed across the Millenium Bridge towards St. Paul’s Cathedral.
With jet lag setting in and a very busy day tomorrow, we decided to call it a day. We headed back as we were all hoping to get into our apartments and rest.
